Events? Gms?

I started to play arenako again and i noticed that a lot of people have new items, like angel items, iron earring, gm neck

I checked the drop list and it says

BOSS EVENT
1) Angel Weapon (NEW)
2) Iron Earring
2) National point 5000/3000/1000/500/200/100
3) TP scroll

KILL GM EVENT
1) Event necklace
2) Scroll AC 350

but i never see any gm online, how can i get these items? i can only get them with boss events and kill gm event ( events that never are made )

so please, we need a online gm who make events and things like that, new players have to get these items !

if u make event everyday,or a little less it will bring more ppls to play, they will know that they can get more and better items:)
